Welcome to Video #6 of my Stampin' / Card Making Series. I've showed you the easy way to make cards with kits and Mix & Match products. Now, it’s time to take the next step: Stamping and designing your own handmade cards! For a beginner card maker, the best technique is to start with what we call a SIP Card – Stamps, Ink, & Paper. These three essentials are all you need to create simple yet beautiful cards without overwhelming yourself with supplies.
In this video we will begin by making:
1) Basic SIP Card
2) Adding a layer to make it pop

If you’re a beginner card maker, just start with one stamp set you like. There are so many great ones to choose from, so find something that you will enjoy creating with. And then grab a simple sentiment stamp set while you’re at it so you can create cards for all occasions. Don't forget your Black Ink and a few of your favorite colors.
