Recipe Wednesday - Best Grape Salad

  BEST GRAPE SALAD EVER!!! 

• 2 pounds seedless green grapes - (washed & dried)

• 2 pounds seedless red grapes - (washed & dried)

• 3 oz cream cheese (Room Temp) 

• 1/4 Cup & 1 TBSP - Sour Cream

• 3TBSP - White Sugar

• 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 2 1/2 TBSP Chopped Pecans

• 1 TBSP Brown Sugar

• Wash grapes - Set them aside to dry. Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, for 2 mins.  Add white sugar, and vanilla, blend another 30 seconds until mixture is smooth.  In a large bowl, toss together the green & red grapes- mix them evenly incorporated. Using a lg wooden spoon or spatula, pour the cream cheese mixture over the top, stir until the grapes are coated. Cover & put in fridge for at least 30 mins. Just before serving sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans.

 I really struggled with this card. It took me several tries applying the black ink they way I thought it should look.  Make sure to slide it slightly over the reverse embossed image .. Don't pat it. Once I got the hang of it, I really like it.
