BEST GRAPE SALAD EVER!!!
2 pounds seedless green grapes - (washed & dried)
2 pounds seedless red grapes - (washed & dried)
3 oz cream cheese (Room Temp)
1/4 Cup & 1 TBSP - Sour Cream
3TBSP - White Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 TBSP Chopped Pecans
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
Wash grapes - Set them aside to dry. Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, for 2 mins. Add white sugar, and vanilla, blend another 30 seconds until mixture is smooth. In a large bowl, toss together the green & red grapes- mix them evenly incorporated. Using a lg wooden spoon or spatula, pour the cream cheese mixture over the top, stir until the grapes are coated. Cover & put in fridge for at least 30 mins. Just before serving sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans.
